They provide the interference-free transmission of signals, images, and data from the valley to the mountains station and have been successfully used since 2003.

The INTEGRA DATA ropes by Fatzer with integrated fibre-optics provide the interference-free transmission of signals, images, and data from the valley to the mountain station - and have been successfully used since 2013. As the first rope manufacturer, Fatzer has developed an innovative method for the integration of telecommunication, electronic and fiberglass cables into the core of the rope, hence revolutionizing the history of ropeways. The technology of the transmission of digital and analog information through a rope saves radio beam antennae and separate telephone and optical cables.
