Banff Sunshine Village is a resort that is open year round and is located within Banff National Park in Alberta and Mount Assiniboine Provincial Park in British Columbia. The ski resort has 3,358 acres of skiable terrain with 12 lift systems, which include 1 gondola, 7 high-speed quads, 2 quads, and 2 magic carpets. Rocky Mountain Lift Services & Supplies Inc. and Rigging Specialties have worked with with Banff Sunshine Village since 2012, providing services such as: haul rope exchanges & installations, general lift maintenance, general service work, general inspections, rope exchanges & shortening, splices, NDT testing; and rigging equipment such as: wire ropes, Hitrac’s, Hitrac cables & parts, Hitrac repairs, lubricant, comm lines, splice tape, shear pins, clamp plate hardware, winch cat cables, liners, PUR cable, haul ropes.
