What are the steps to placing an order?
Contact us once you have selected your products.  We will prepare a quotation and submit it to you for approval.  Once we receive your approval, we will proceed with the order.  Please note that depending upon the nature of the order, we may ask for a down payment to secure the order or a wire transfer with full payment. 
Are your prices guaranteed?
Prices that are listed on the site are guaranteed, however they are subject to change without notice.  This is due to uncontrollable fluctuations in currencies and commodities or price changes from the manufacturer.  Once you place an order, the price that you have received either on the site or by way of a quotation is guaranteed.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept the following:

  2. Company checks
  3. Wire Transfers

How do I create a wish list?
To create a wish list, you must create an account.  Once you have created your account you can save your choices in the wish list.
Why don’t  some products have listed prices?
Certain products must be custom ordered as they are built for a specific application.  If you are interested in any of these products, please contact us for a quote.
How do you calculate the total cost of my order?
The total cost of your order is equal to the cost of the product, shipping charges, and any applicable taxes.  If the order includes a border crossing then applicable duty and brokerage charges will apply.
How do I know if an item is in stock?
Upon placing an order you will be notified if an item is not in stock.

If I have more than one item on my order and an item is on back order, do I get charged shipping twice?
Yes.  Each item is charged shipping when it leaves the warehouse or factory.   However, you are only charged the shipping charges based on what was quoted at the time of the order.
